Proposed Municipal Building and Brooklyn Bridge Railroad Terminal, designed by architects Gustav Lindenthal and George B. Post in 1905. The unbuilt skyscraper would have been 650 feet tall and 45 floors. The Municipal Building would eventually be constructed in 1914, designed by McKim, Mead & White.
